I know what you're thinking. Why would you go on vacation in Shell Knob, Missouri?!? Well, you'll be surprised to know that it was one of the funnest vacations I have ever been on! We stayed with our really close family friends, the Baldwins' and the McMasters', who have 2 adorable little girls running around {Ellie, 4 and Izzy, 2 1/2}... and who happen to live right next door to Uncle Marc and Aunt Marsha. Chase's entire extended family was there for the week and staying at the McBride house, which made it super easy to be together the entire time. We had family dinners, boat rides, wake-boarding time {although I'm not a wakeboarder:( }, lake swims, paddle boarding, dock time, a lot of card games {presidents!}, and a lot of much needed family time:). Cruz had an absolute blast being around everyone. He loved swimming in the lake, playing in the little swimming pool on the dock, and pushing baby Michael's push toy around Uncle Marc and Aunt Marsha's kitchen! Anyway, I can't tell you how much fun I had and how much I'm already looking forward to next year's McZardwin {McBride, McMaster, Zarda, & Baldwin families!}. Here are some pictures of our trip:
