Scarf, Smash, & Snooze: V {Wifey, Mama}

I am a follower of Jesus, a wife to an incredible man, a stay at home mom to Cruz (& our pup, Zeke), a babywise-er, a picture taking addict, an avid reader of any and every baby book (including children's storybooks), and I pretend to be organized, clean, and a "cook", but the way this house looks on the daily isn't fooling anyone! I was an athlete my entire life until I graduated college and have been passionate about staying in shape ever since. I like to eat healthy, I love fresh flowers, candles, my Miele vacuum, I love neutrals and look weird if I wear color {although I'm trying to branch out}, and I love a monochromatic color scheme {not hard to tell while looking at this blog, huh?} . I love absolutely everything about being a mom but I have never been more challenged in my life. I thank Jesus everyday for his countless blessings on our life and believe wholeheartedly that he will only bring more of his goodness to our future.

I am here to share and talk all things baby, mama, baby mama and baby daddy, on occasion. We became first time parents to our amazingly beautiful son, Cruz, in August of 2010 (8/9/10). Life has been turned upside down and inside out but in the most wonderful way possible. Every day God teaches me something new through being a parent. I want to share some experiences, I want to ask a lot of questions, post some of my favorite baby and baby mama things, and just have an outlet when my little one is screaming and won't sleep:). Whatever the Lord puts on my heart, I shall post:). If you're into grammar, punctuation, perfect spelling and no run-on sentences then I suggest you run far far away because this is definitely not the place you want to be:). Other than that, Enjoy!
